Stainless steel pipeline filters are filtration equipment widely used in industrial and civil fields. They are mainly made of stainless steel and have many excellent characteristics, which can meet the filtration needs in different scenarios.

The technical parameters of stainless steel pipeline filters include multiple aspects. The working pressure range is generally between 0.1 MPa and 0.6 MPa, which can meet the filtration needs in different pressure environments. The working temperature range is usually between 5 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius, and some filters can withstand higher temperatures. In terms of filtration accuracy, the range is usually between 0.01 and 120μm. Filters with appropriate accuracy can be selected according to specific filtration requirements. The types of filter cartridge interfaces include flat-pressure type and plug-in type. The single-unit flow rate also varies according to different specifications. Working Principle

These formed filter materials include wire-wound filter cartridges, melt-blown filter cartridges, microporous filter cartridges, and multi-functional filter cartridges. Their filtration pore sizes vary depending on the materials. Precision filtration is between sand filtration (coarse filtration) and ultrafiltration and can effectively remove impurities such as suspended solids and colloidal substances in water.

It can maintain good filtration results for a long time, reducing the replacement frequency. The filter element material has high cleanliness and does not contaminate the filtering medium, ensuring the purity of the filtered liquid or gas. It is resistant to chemical solvents such as acids and alkalis, has high strength, is heat-resistant, and the filter element is not easily deformed, making it adaptable to various harsh working environments. Moreover, it has a relatively low price, low operating costs, is easy to clean, and the filter element is replaceable, reducing the usage cost and maintenance difficulty.

Application Fields

The application scope of the stainless steel pipeline filter is extremely wide. In the petrochemical and chemical industries, it can be used for the purification of various fluids in the manufacturing processes of hydrogen peroxide, resins, lubricating oils, polymers, viscose, aviation kerosene, and various oil products, catalysts, and chemical fibers, as well as the separation and recovery of chemical intermediate products and chemical products. When selecting the specification and size of the stainless steel pipeline filter, multiple factors need to be considered. The installation space limitation is one of the key factors. If the installation space is limited, a filter with a small size needs to be selected. For example, a small wall-mounted precision filter may only have a width of about 200mm, a height of 300mm, and a thickness of about 100mm, which can be installed in a narrow space. The demand for processing flow is also important. Different production processes and usage scenarios have different requirements for fluid processing flow. In a beverage production line, it is necessary to process dozens of liters or even hundreds of liters of liquid per minute, which requires the precision filter to have a large filtration area and flow capacity, so a filter with a larger specification and size needs to be selected. In a small experimental device in a laboratory, the flow rate of the liquid or gas processed per minute may only be a few milliliters or dozens of milliliters, and a small-sized filter can meet the demand.
