Meta aramid high-temperature-resistant needle-punched felt dust filter bagis made by Cangzhou Jinding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. using imported fibers as raw materials,adopting international advanced standards,and produced with imported advanced equipment,this filter material has the following four remarkable characteristics:
1, Excellent temperature resistance: It can operate continuously at a temperature of204℃ (instantaneous temperature250℃), and can withstand repeated instantaneous fluctuating temperatures of250℃.
2, Outstanding dimensional stability: At a temperature of250℃, it has a thermal shrinkage rate of less than1%, with excellent high-temperature stability.
3, Remarkable fire resistance: At400℃It begins to decompose and carbonize only at this temperature. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) is30. It is neither combustible nor combustion-supporting.
4. Good chemical resistance: Low - concentration acids and alkalis and most hydrocarbons have no effect on it. Even a small amount of fluoride will not cause obvious corrosion.

1.Dust filter bagis generally made of woven filter cloth or non - woven felt. It uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dust - containing gas. 2.Dust filtration characteristics: such as the resistance coefficient, static dust removal efficiency, dynamic dust removal efficiency, dynamic resistance of the filter material, regeneration resistance coefficient, and dust stripping rate.
