The IS200STCIH2A is a **simplex terminal contact input** (STCI = Simplex Terminal Contact Input) from the GE Speedtronic Mark VI/VIe series. It is specifically designed for wiring and conditioning 24 discrete contact signals, compatible with PAIC I/O modules, supports 24/48/125 VDC excitation, features hardware filtering and overvoltage protection, and is DIN rail mounted. It is widely used in control cabinets for turbines, power plants, and petrochemical plants.

Terminals and Connectors: 24 contact inputs with a pluggable terminal block (total 52 terminal positions); one 37-pin female D-type connector (for direct connection to PAIC I/O modules); one 3-position female connector for power/common terminal; all 24 inputs have independent surge and high-frequency noise suppression circuitry, and 4 ms hardware filtering.
Input Specifications: Supports 24 VDC (16–32 VDC), 48 VDC (32–64 VDC), and 125 VDC (100–145 VDC); current limit of 2.5 mA for the first 21 channels and 10 mA for channels 22–24; threshold voltage is 50% of the excitation voltage; external excitation power supply, independent of the module's internal power supply.
Installation and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + plastic insulating pad); PCB with conformal coating, resistant to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion; natural convection cooling, fanless; metal casing, strong EMC performance.
Compatible Module: IS220PAICH1A (PAIC I/O Pack); supports only simplex (single-mode) systems, not suitable for redundant I/O channels.

**Turbine Discrete Signal Acquisition:** Connects to 24 discrete signals from field motor start/stop, valve limit switches, pressure switches, interlock contacts, etc., uplinked to a PAIC module for Mark VIe controller.
Low-Cost Deployment of Single-Mode Systems: Eliminates the need for centralized wiring of redundant auxiliary system (e.g., lubrication system, cooling system) contact inputs.
Wiring Specifications: Uses 18 AWG shielded cable, with single-end grounding of the shield; inputs of different voltage levels are strictly grouped to avoid crosstalk; excitation power supply and signal common terminal are wired separately.
Maintenance: LEDs indicate power, link, and input status; pluggable terminal blocks facilitate batch replacement and field debugging; no I/O configuration changes are required when replacing terminal blocks—plug and play.
