The IS400STCIH1A is a 16-channel single-point isolated dry contact input terminal board (STCI = Terminal Board Single-Point Isolation Contact Input) for the GE Speedtronic Mark VIe TMR platform. All 16 dry contacts are independently isolated, supporting TMR redundancy, and featuring 4ms hardware filtering. It is primarily designed for high-isolation discrete signal acquisition and high-reliability deployment scenarios in industries such as turbines, power plants, and petrochemicals.

Signal and Protection: Excitation voltage 24 VDC (wide range 16–32 VDC), independent common terminal for each channel; current limit of 2.5 mA per channel; 4 ms hardware filtering + TVS surge protection + PTC resettable fuse, resistant to contact bounce, EMI, and overvoltage reverse connection.
Mounting and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + plastic insulating pad); PCB conformal coating, resistant to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion; metal housing, natural heat dissipation, fanless; built-in ID identification, module can automatically identify model.
Compatible Systems: Mark VIe Speedtronic; compatible with VTCC/VCRC I/O processor boards; supports single-mode (single connector) and TMR (three connector) deployments.

Safety and Redundancy Features

Diagnostic Capabilities: Supports excitation loss and input no-response diagnostics; LEDs indicate power supply, link, and input status, which can be read via ControlST software.
Hazardous Area Compatibility: Class 1 Div 2/ATEX certified, suitable for use in hazardous area control cabinets, compatible with SIS auxiliary system signal acquisition.
