General Electric IS200TBCIH4C Input terminal block
The IS200TBCIH4C is a 48-channel group-isolated dry contact input terminal board (TBCI = Terminal Board Contact Input with Group Isolation) for GE Speedtronic Mark VI/VIe. The 48 dry contacts are divided into 4 isolated groups, compatible with VTCC/VCRC I/O processors, supporting single-mode and TMR redundancy, and featuring 4ms hardware filtering. It is suitable for high-density discrete signal acquisition and high-reliability TMR deployment scenarios in turbines, power plants, and petrochemical plants.

Input and Protection: External excitation 24 VDC (16–32 VDC), each group has an independent common terminal; current limiting of 2.5 mA for the first 45 channels, and 10 mA for channels 46–48; threshold voltage is 50% of the excitation voltage; PTC resettable fuse + TVS, providing overvoltage, reverse connection, and surge protection.
Installation and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + insulating pad); PCB conformal coating, resistant to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion; metal casing for natural heat dissipation, fanless operation; built-in ID identification, allowing automatic module model recognition.
