General Electric IS201TBCIH2C Group isolation coating version
The IS201TBCIH2C is a 24-channel coated group-isolated dry contact input terminal board (TBCI = Terminal Board Group Isolation Contact Input, H2C = Group Isolation Coated Version) for the GE Mark Vie Speedtronic platform. The 24 dry contacts are divided into 3 groups of 8 channels/groups with 3 isolation levels. It is compatible with the coated I/O module IS221PDIAH1B and is suitable for group-isolated discrete signal acquisition scenarios in harsh environments such as dust and humidity, and in TMR redundant systems.

Terminals and Connections: 24 dry contact inputs, divided into 3 isolated groups of 8 inputs/groups, each group with 1 common terminal; barrier-style terminal block; 3 DC-37 pin connectors (JR1/JS1/JT1, corresponding to the R/S/T channels of TMR); 1 3-position power female connector for excitation power/common terminal; 1 37-pin female D-type connector for direct connection to the VTCC/VCRC I/O processor board.
Signals and Protection: Excitation voltage 24 VDC (wide range 16–32 VDC), 1 common terminal per group; 2.5 mA current limit per input; 4 ms hardware filtering + TVS surge protection + PTC resettable fuse, protection against contact bounce, EMI, and overvoltage reverse connection.
Coating and Protection: PCB conformal coating, suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, dust, and chemical corrosion; metal casing for natural heat dissipation, fanless; built-in ID identification, allowing the module to automatically recognize its model.
System Compatibility: Compatible with Mark VIe Speedtronic coated systems; compatible with IS221PDIAH1B coated I/O modules; supports single-mode (single connector) and TMR (three connector) deployments.

Diagnostic Capabilities: Supports excitation loss and input no-response diagnostics; LEDs indicate power supply, link, and input status, which can be read via ControlST software.
Hazardous Area Compatibility: Class 1 Div 2/ATEX certified, suitable for use in hazardous area control cabinets, compatible with SIS auxiliary system signal acquisition.
