The IS400TBCIH2C is a 24-channel group-isolated dry contact input terminal board (TBCI = Terminal Board Contact Input with Group Isolation) for the GE Speedtronic Mark VIe TMR platform. It is compatible with Triple Redundancy (TMR) systems, featuring 24 dry contacts divided into two isolated groups, supporting 24 VDC excitation, 4ms hardware filtering, and multiple protections. It is primarily designed for high-reliability discrete signal acquisition and TMR system deployment scenarios in industries such as turbines, power plants, and petrochemicals.

Signal and Protection: Excitation voltage 24 VDC (wide range 16–32 VDC), two independent common terminals; current limiting of 2.5 mA for the first 21 channels, and 10 mA for channels 22–24; 4 ms hardware filtering + TVS surge protection + PTC resettable fuse, resisting contact bounce, EMI, and overvoltage reverse connection.
Mounting and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + plastic insulating pad); PCB conformal coating, resistant to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion; metal casing, natural heat dissipation, fanless; built-in ID identification, module can automatically identify model.
Compatible Systems: Mark VIe Speedtronic; compatible with VTCC/VCRC I/O processor boards; supports single-mode (single connector) and TMR (three connector) deployments.
