The IS200TBCIH2C is a 24-channel group-isolated dry contact input terminal board (TBCI = Terminal Board Contact Input with Group Isolation) from the GE Speedtronic Mark VI/VIe series. It is compatible with I/O processor boards such as VTCC/VCRC, supports single-mode (simplex) and triple redundancy (TMR) systems, and features 24 dry contacts divided into two isolated groups with 4ms hardware filtering and surge protection. It is suitable for high-reliability discrete signal acquisition scenarios in turbines, power plants, and petrochemical plants.

Input and Protection: External excitation 24 VDC (16–32 VDC), each group with an independent common terminal; current limiting of 2.5 mA for the first 21 channels, and 10 mA for channels 22–24; threshold voltage is 50% of the excitation voltage; PTC resettable fuse + TVS, protecting against overvoltage/reverse connection/surge.
Installation and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + insulating pad); PCB conformal coating, resistant to moisture/dust/chemical corrosion; metal casing, natural heat dissipation, fanless; built-in ID identification, modules can automatically identify the model.
Compatible Systems: Mark VI/VIe; compatible with VTCC/VCRC I/O processor boards; supports single-mode (single connector) and TMR (three connector) deployments.
