General Electric IS400STCIH8A Single-Point Isolation Contact
The IS400STCIH8A is a 24-channel isolated dry contact input terminal board (STCI = Terminal Board Single-Point Isolation Contact Input, H8 = 8 isolation groups) for the GE Speedtronic Mark VIe platform. It features 24 dry contacts divided into 8 isolation groups (3 channels per group), supports TMR redundancy, and includes 4ms hardware filtering. It is suitable for discrete signal acquisition and TMR system deployment scenarios with medium isolation requirements in industries such as turbines, power plants, and petrochemicals.

Terminals and Connections: 24 dry contact inputs, divided into 8 isolation groups (3 channels per group) with a fence-type terminal block; 3 DC-37 pin connectors (JR1/JS1/JT1, corresponding to the TMR R/S/T channels); 1 3-position power female connector for excitation power/common terminal; 1 37-pin female D-type connector for direct connection to the VTCC/VCRC I/O processor board.
Signal and Protection: Excitation voltage 24 VDC (wide range 16–32 VDC), independent common terminal for each group; current limit of 2.5 mA per channel; 4 ms hardware filtering + TVS surge protection + PTC resettable fuse, resistant to contact bounce, EMI, and overvoltage reverse connection.
Mounting and Protection: Standard DIN rail mounting (metal bracket + plastic insulating pad); PCB conformal coating, resistant to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion; metal housing, natural heat dissipation, fanless; built-in ID identification, module can automatically identify model.
System Compatibility: Compatible with Mark VIe Speedtronic; compatible with VTCC/VCRC I/O processor boards; supports single-mode (single connector) and TMR (three connector) deployments.
