Core Functions

2. Main Applications
Engine Speed Control: Transmits the sensed speed signal to an electronic governor (such as the Woodward 2301A, 723 series, etc.) to control fuel supply, thereby maintaining a constant engine speed.
Overspeed Protection: As part of a monitoring system, it triggers an emergency shutdown when the detected speed exceeds a safe setting, preventing equipment damage.
Data Display: Provides raw data for the tachometer on the control panel or a digital monitoring system.
