WOODWARD 9907-175 Load Sharing Module
The core function of the 9907-175 is to integrate non-Woodward-controlled generators (especially Caterpillar generators with PWM inputs) into Woodward's parallel control system.
PWM Signal Conversion: This module receives voltage and current sensing signals from the generators and converts them into PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control signals required by the Caterpillar digital speed controller.
Synchronous Load Sharing: Supports isochronous load sharing between multiple generator sets, ensuring that each generator shares the load proportionally to its capacity.
Droop Control: Provides a droop control mode for parallel operation with the public grid or other different types of control systems.
Compatibility Bridge: Allows seamless load sharing between Caterpillar generator sets and those using controllers such as the Woodward 2301A.

Installation and Precautions
Electrostatic Discharge Protection: This type of electronic module is sensitive to electrostatic discharge; proper grounding is required during installation.
Shielded Cable Use: When connecting the PWM output and current sensing signal, shielded twisted-pair cable must be used to prevent electromagnetic interference that could cause speed fluctuations.
Compatibility: Please confirm that your Caterpillar controller accepts PWM speed setting signals (commonly seen with ADEM controllers).
