Woodward 9907-1197 Speed controller
The 2301D is a microprocessor-based, all-digital controller designed to replace the earlier 2301A analog model, offering higher precision and configuration flexibility.
**Speed Control:** Precisely controls the speed of the prime mover (diesel engine, gas turbine, or steam turbine), supporting both isochronous and drop modes.
**Load Sharing:** Automatically balances the active load among generators in multi-generator grid-connected environments, ensuring system stability.
**Soft Load Transfer:** Smoothly increases or decreases the load during grid connection or disconnection, avoiding severe impacts on the power grid.
**Dual Dynamics:** Allows setting two different sets of PID dynamic parameters for different operating states (e.g., no-load and full-load) to achieve optimal control response.
Digital configuration: Compared to analog models that require knob adjustments, the 9907-1197 allows for more precise computer parameter settings via Woodward's Watch Window software, enabling more accurate adjustments.
