Core Functions
Valve Position Control: Primarily acts as a bridge between the controller and actuators (such as GS3 or LQ series liquid/gas fuel valves), precisely driving and regulating the valve opening based on signals from the control system (typically 4–20 mA).
High-Precision Regulation: This module can provide up to 24 amps of drive current, ensuring rapid and accurate valve response even at extremely high frequencies and pressures, thereby controlling the fuel flow into the turbine.
Signal Feedback Processing: Supports a Single Speed Feedback Resolver, enabling real-time monitoring of the valve's actual position and closed-loop correction to ensure stable fuel supply.
System Protection: Built-in overcurrent and undervoltage protection mechanisms prevent damage to expensive gas turbine components due to electrical faults.
