Production line overview:
This production line is used for the automatic assembly and production of flow battery stacks. It consists of equipment such as liquid flow frame feeding and dispensing, cover plate bonding, curing and inspection, sealing line dispensing and inspection, carbon felt assembly, stack stacking, stack pressing, tie rod fastening, and stack offline. The total length of the line is about 34 meters. The whole line is controlled by the MES system, with online SOP boards, data collection, data storage, data analysis, and full - process traceability to achieve digital and intelligent production.
