Production Line Overview
It is used for the dispensing operation of hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plates, compatible with CCD visual images. It can perform continuous glue coating on points, lines, surfaces, circles, arcs, and irregular curves, as well as three-dimensional dispensing. The dispensing height, glue coating speed, delay time after glue output, delay time after glue shut-off, and the distance for early glue shut-off can all be freely set. It also has functions such as automatic target positioning of images, display and tracking of the glue coating path position, display of dispensing records, automatic alignment of MARK point images, and Z-axis height detection.
