Production Line Overview:
This production line is used for the cutting and testing of flow battery diaphragms. It consists of a diaphragm loading and cutting machine, a double-station airtightness testing machine, a diaphragm sorting and unloading machine, and a constant temperature and humidity system.
Advantages and Highlights:
• The loading and cutting machine includes: unwinding deviation correction, diaphragm peeling, protective film recycling, tension control, cutting, and diaphragm picking.
• The airtightness testing machine includes: CCD vision guidance, online airtightness testing, airtight base plate switching device, and coding device.
• The diaphragm sorting machine includes: sorting robot, special diaphragm suction cup, separator loading, and sorting material frame.
• Testing efficiency: ≤2ppm
• Diaphragm cutting accuracy: 0.5mm
• Unwinding deviation correction accuracy: 1mm
• Pressing force for airtightness testing: 25.4KN
• Parallelism of the pressing plate: ±0.03mm
• Airtightness testing accuracy: ±(0.8%Rdg +0.2%F.S); Compatible with the flow method and differential pressure method.
• Repeatability accuracy of diaphragm sorting and unloading: ±0.02mm
• Capacity of the material box: 200pcs
