The automatic inspection scope for the incoming bipolar plates includes: warpage, air tightness, color difference between the front and back sides, creases, scratches, white spots, dirt, black spots, film peeling, etc. After comprehensively inspecting the incoming bipolar plates, the first-pass yield of the finished electric stacks has been greatly improved. All incoming materials are scanned and identified, and various inspection data are recorded and analyzed to achieve digital and intelligent production.
