Production Line Overview:
This production line is used for the automatic assembly and production of flow battery stacks. It consists of equipment such as flow frame feeding and dispensing, cover plate bonding, curing and inspection, sealing line dispensing and inspection, carbon felt assembly, stack stacking, stack pressing, tie rod tightening, and stack offline. The total length of the whole line is about 34 meters. The MES system is used to control the whole line, including online SOP kanban, data collection, data storage, data analysis, and full - process traceability, to achieve digital and intelligent production.
