Production Line Overview
The bipolar plate rubber ring pasting machine is used to complete the rubber ring sealing of graphite/metal bipolar plates. It has functions such as automatic spraying of primer, automatic pasting of rubber rings, pasting rubber rings on both sides, and automatic board collection. It adopts the functions of visual-guided glue spraying, intermittent glue dispensing, and glue wiping to ensure no glue overflow, no glue breakage, and no bubble generation. And it can be optionally equipped with a glue tank depth measurement module to achieve online real-time quality monitoring.

• Minimum glue dispensing point diameter: 0.2mm
• Flatness of the glue dispensing platform: ≤ 0.05mm
