Cohesion effect: Liquid impurities such as water and oil gather into large liquid droplets within the filter core and are discharged by gravity. This method is mostly used in oil filters and precision filters. Adsorption effect: Activated carbon filters utilize the porous structure of activated carbon to adsorb odors and harmful gases, suitable for scenarios with high air quality requirements. Deep filtration: Through multiple layers of media or special structures, fine particles and microorganisms are removed. This principle is commonly used in membrane filters and high-efficiency precision filters to maintain purity.
The core function of the air compressor filter element is to filter impurities in the compressed air, including solid dust, oil mist particles, and liquid moisture, thereby protecting the main unit from contamination and ensuring the output of high-quality compressed air. Its working principle can be divided into the following steps: 1. Mechanical separation: The compressed air first passes through the cooler, where large oil droplets settle and separate due to gravity in the oil-gas separation tank. 2.
