1. Air Filter (Air Filter)

Working Principle: Through physical interception, inertial collision, and electrostatic adsorption, particles of 1–5μm are retained on the filter paper surface.

Core Function: Filtering metal debris, oil sludge, and impurities in the lubricating oil to ensure a clean oil path and protect bearings and rotors.
Working Principle: High-precision filter paper intercepts particles of 10μm or larger, preventing impurities from entering the main unit's lubrication surface.

Working Principle: Multiple layers of high-precision glass fiber collect tiny oil droplets, allowing them to settle by gravity and return to the oil circuit through the return oil pipe; separation efficiency ≥99.9%.

Oil Filter Blockage: Insufficient supply of oil → poor lubrication → wear of bearings / rotors, high temperature, main unit failure.

Shut down, disconnect power, depressurize, hang a sign and lock, ensure the system is without pressure.
Air Filter: Clean the housing, ensure the sealing ring is in place, prevent short circuiting of intake air.
Oil Filter: Drain the old oil, apply oil to the sealing ring, tighten according to torque. Oil-sealing core: Vertically installed, unobstructed return oil pipe, easy to remove residual oil, and reliable sealing.
