KJ-1200Mine-used Drainage Monitoring System
Application and Scope of Use
It is used for the drainage system in underground coal mines. After setting parameters, it can automatically replenish water, start the drainage pump, record the work log, daily drainage volume, and power consumption, and generate reports. It also records the temperature of the pump motor and bearings, as well as analog water level data.
It can be matched with ordinary electromagnetic starters, soft starters, and frequency converters to control the pump motor.
The pumps can be set to working modes such as main machine, auxiliary machine, and standby machine.
Main machine: It automatically starts when the water level reaches the set high level and stops when it reaches the set low level.
Auxiliary machine: If the water level doesn't drop within the set time after the main machine starts, the auxiliary machine starts automatically and stops at the same time as the main machine.
Standby machine: When the main or auxiliary machine fails, it starts and stops automatically and determines the pipeline used by the failed machine for operation.
Product Features
It adopts an industrial control all-in-one computer as the main machine and the core data center:The all-in-one machine serves as both a human-machine interaction interface and the main logic processor, uniformly managing and scheduling all relevant equipment in the drainage pump station. In the presence of a large system, the all-in-one machine is used as a middle-level machine for data interaction with the upper-level system. In the absence of a large system, the all-in-one machine acts as the upper-level machine and forms an independent system.
Basic logic control and fault judgment are implemented usingPLC:PLCNormally, the Siemens 1200 series is used. For customized solutions, the brand and model can be specified by the customer.PLC completes the logic control for starting and stopping the pumps, and determines the logic based on the data received from the all-in-one machine.
Data collection:PLC has 16 channels of analog signal input, which can connect 16 channels of signals such as temperature, flow, water level, pressure, and solenoid valve stroke position. Theoretically, the signal collection points can be expanded without limit through other communication protocols. The all-in-one machine can collect data from the pump motor starters (soft starters, frequency converters) and the feeder switches in the pump station through the MODBUS protocol or industrial Ethernet.
Fault warning:By learning and saving the normal working state data of the water pump, if the system finds a large deviation in the data during operation, it will automatically analyze and give an early warning of possible faults. It reminds maintenance personnel to conduct inspections and eliminate faults in the bud.
