A lithium-ion battery power supply monitoring and management system specially designed for explosive environments in underground coal mines, integrating battery management, status monitoring, and remote monitoring into one platform. Through the BMS (Battery Management System), the system monitors battery pack voltage, current, temperature, and State of Health (SOH) in real time, achieving intelligent charge/discharge control, equalization management, and multi-layer safety protection to prevent thermal runaway and explosion accidents, ensuring safe production in mines. Supporting multi-dimensional management and control via ground monitoring centers, underground ring networks, and mobile APPs, realizing unmanned and intelligent management of underground backup power supplies.

 

System Advantages

·Comprehensive Monitoring: Real-time acquisition of total battery pack voltage, current, SOC (State of Charge), SOH (State of Health), temperature distribution, and charge/discharge status, enabling precise understanding of each individual battery's operating condition.

·Multi-layer Protection: Features multiple protection mechanisms including overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and abnormal temperature protection, combined with hardware safeguards such as fuses and pressure relief valves, along with software fault handling strategies, ensuring electrical safety.
