Application & Scope
This series of mining flameproof feeder switches adopts a modular permanent-magnet vacuum circuit breaker, featuring electric/manual closing/opening, undervoltage release, and shunt trip functions, with integrated intelligent protection and remote communication. It is applicable to AC 50 Hz, 380 V/660 V/1140 V, 200 A–630 A, three-phase power networks with an ungrounded neutral point, serving as a main distribution switch, branch switch, or infrequent starting control device for large-capacity motors.
Features
· Permanent-Magnet Vacuum Circuit Breaker: The main circuit is made and broken by a permanent-magnet vacuum circuit breaker, supporting electric closing, shunt tripping, undervoltage tripping, or manual tripping, ensuring long service life and high reliability.
· High-Reliability Structure: An isolating plunger structure is provided between the breaker module and the incoming/outgoing lines, allowing electric/manual disconnection of the main power supply and load. An observation window is installed on the side of the main chamber for quick and safe confirmation of the isolating mechanism status.
· Independent Flameproof Design: Adopts an independent flameproof design (incoming chamber, outgoing chamber, and main chamber) with mechanical and electrical dual interlocking; wiring inspection and maintenance can be performed without switching off the upstream power supply.
· Intelligent Protector: The switch incorporates a comprehensive intelligent protector with overload, short-circuit, leakage, leakage lockout, phase failure, three-phase imbalance, undervoltage, overvoltage, wind-electric interlock, gas interlock protection, and self-diagnostic functions.
· Local/Remote Operation: Equipped with an LCD display for real-time indication of current, voltage, power, time, and other information; supports parameter setting, simulation testing, and fault record inquiry.
· Remote Control: Features RS-485/Ethernet communication interfaces, supporting remote monitoring and commissioning, and enabling "tele-indication, tele-control, tele-measurement, tele-regulation, and tele-test" (five-remote) functions.
