Purpose and scope of useApplication and range of application
This mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe high-voltage vacuum AC soft starter (hereinafter referred to as the soft starter) is mainly applicable to the frequent starting of high-voltage motors under heavy load in the coal mines with methane and coal dust explosion hazards. It is used for the heavy-load soft-start control and protection of high-voltage motors in the three-phase AC power supply system with an ungrounded neutral point, rated voltage of 10KV(6KV), frequency of 50Hz and rated current below 400A.
This soft starter has the functions of both a mine-used vacuum magnetic starter and an AC voltage soft starter. It has a uniform acceleration starting function with double closed-loop control, and the starting curve can be flexibly adjusted according to the on-site working conditions. It has comprehensive motor protection functions such as overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, leakage, fine monitoring, undervoltage, and overvoltage, as well as loop detection and protection functions for lines and bypasses. It uses a fully imported movement from abroad, which can precisely control the starting current, reduce or avoid the impact on the power grid. It can realize soft start and soft stop. It is also designed with local control and remote control, featuring complete functions and reliable actions.。

1. Use a digital microprocessor to manage data and communication;
2. Adopt signal grading processing and isolation technology to make the system have strong anti-interference ability;
3. Adopt advanced optical fiber transmission control technology to realize the triggering and detection of high-voltage thyristors and the safe isolation between high- and low-voltage control circuits;
4. Adopt high-frequency power supply isolation and signal transmission technology, and use electronic EVT (electronic voltage transformer technology);
5. Pulse jump function to improve the initial starting torque;
6. Equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface, supporting four-remote functions;
7. Perfect protection function.
