The KBA12S Mining Intrinsically Safe Image Processing Camera is an intrinsically safe intelligent image acquisition terminal designed specifically for safety monitoring scenarios in underground coal mines. It is primarily used for real-time image acquisition and monitoring, intelligent image analysis of specific scenarios, and alarm linkage in underground coal mine environments. Integrating high-definition image acquisition, intelligent image processing, voice alarm, and Ethernet communication, this product features core capabilities including color imaging, ultra-low-light recognition, and automatic supplementary lighting, making it an excellent front-end device for real-time coal mine image monitoring systems.
II. Product Features
- Intelligent Image Processing & Alarm Linkage: Built-in image processing algorithms enable real-time analysis of preset scenarios. Upon triggering an alarm, the device simultaneously outputs dry contact signals and voice alarms, while synchronously pushing alarm information via Ethernet electrical and optical signals, achieving proactive safety early warning.
- Ultra-Low-Light Imaging Capability: Minimum illumination ≤ 0.05 lx, paired with visible-light automatic supplementary lighting, ensuring clear identification of objects even in extremely dark underground environments. Horizontal resolution ≥ 400 TV lines, grayscale level ≥ 7, guaranteeing all-weather monitoring performance.
- Dual-Mode Redundant Communication: Equipped with 2× RJ45 100M electrical ports (max. transmission distance 50 m) and 2× SC single-mode dual-fiber optical ports (1310 nm wavelength, max. transmission distance 10 km). Ethernet electrical and optical dual channels operate in parallel, ensuring high-reliability, low-latency transmission.
- Multi-Channel Switching I/O: Supports 4× dry contact switching inputs and 4× dry contact switching outputs, flexibly interfacing with various underground sensors and actuators to meet the integration requirements of intelligent mining systems.
- Two-Way Voice Function: Supports receiving voice information via Ethernet and broadcasting through the built-in speaker, with sound level intensity ≥ 85 dB(A), enabling above-ground and underground voice linkage to enhance emergency command efficiency.
