Purpose and scope of use Application and range of application
BPJ2 Mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe AC frequency converter is a two-quadrant frequency converter, which is used in conjunction with DKB1-□/□ mine-used flameproof filter reactor. It is a high-tech product integrating all-digital variable frequency speed regulation technology and related heat dissipation technology. This product is suitable for variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motors (including electric rollers) and asynchronous motors with an AC frequency of 50Hz, motor power of 11KW - 800KW, and rated voltage of 660V or 1140V for heavy-load soft start, soft stop and operation process control; its start, stop and process control curves can be set to various curve forms such as "S" curve, linear curve, function curve, etc. These curves can be adjusted according to the actual on-site working conditions, so as to reduce the dynamic tension on the equipment during start-up force and starting impact. It is mainly used for soft start, soft stop and operation process control of motors in harsh environments such as coal mines, other mines, petroleum and chemical industries, as well as energy-saving applications. It is especially suitable for variable frequency speed regulation control of equipment such as belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, coal shearers, fans, local fans, water pumps, air compressors and emulsion pumps in coal mines.

•Equipped withRS485, network port and other communication interfaces, convenient for process control adjustment and optimization;
•Obvious energy-saving effect, enabling economic operation;
•It can directly control and protect asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors;
• 7or10-inch display screen, with a built-in "debugging navigation system" and a "maintenance navigation system", allowing users to perform simple debugging and maintenance work by themselves; and a "life alarm system" for components is set. When the components are approaching the end of their service life, an alarm will be issued to prevent production from being affected when the components are damaged due to reaching the end of their service life.
