The XK7126 CNC milling machine hard rail series of Jiangsu Daxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a CNC bed milling machine with strong bearing capacity. The three-direction guide rails are all quenched hard rails, with wide rails and large spans. The structure and overall dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a variable-frequency motor through a synchronous belt. It has multiple functions such as milling, drilling, reaming, and boring, and can process complex and high-precision parts such as discs, plates, shells, and molds. It is suitable for various processes such as plane, bevel, groove, and hole machining of various medium and small parts, and is an ideal processing equipment for industries such as machinery, electronics, instruments, meters, molds, and automobiles. The fourth axis can be optionally configured. If the fourth axis is selected, four-axis four-linkage can be achieved. 1. The main components such as the column, worktable, middle slide, and lifting slide are all cast from high-strength materials and subjected to aging treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool,
which provides a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool's performance.
2. It uses a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit with strong bearing capacity, and the maximum rotation speed can reach 8000rpm/min.
3. The X, Y, and Z-direction guide rails are subjected to super-audio quenching and precision grinding. The sliding guide rail surfaces are precisely scraped and covered with composite PTFE materials. Combined with automatic forced lubrication, it reduces the frictional resistance of the feed motion, reduces low-speed crawling, and improves the accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
4. The X, Y, and Z three-direction feeds all use high-precision, high-strength ball screws driven by servo motors to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
5. The guide rails and ball screws are equipped with protective devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails and the transmission and working accuracy of the machine tool.
6. The electric device can perform forced lubrication on the longitudinal, transverse, and vertical screws and guide rails to reduce the wear of the machine tool and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool. At the same time, the cooling system can change the flow rate of the coolant by adjusting the nozzle to meet different processing needs.
7. The machine tool operating system is suspended on the upper right of the machine tool through a support arm, which conforms to the principles of ergonomics. The operation box can rotate at a certain angle, making the operation convenient and reliable.
