I. Product Introduction and Application
This product X , Y , Z three axes are servo direct-connected controlled semi-closed-loop vertical machining centers. All three axes are rectangular guide rails, which have large load capacity, wide span, and high precision, suitable for heavy loads. The structure and overall dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt. It can achieve one-time clamping for various complex parts such as discs, plates, housings, cams, and molds, and can complete multiple processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multi-variety and small to medium batch products and can meet the processing requirements for complex and high-precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotary axis to meet the processing requirements for special parts.
II. Main Structural Features
1. The main basic parts such as the base, slide, workbench, column, and spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron. The base is of a box-type structure, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure ensures the high rigidity and anti-bending and shock-absorbing performance of the basic parts. The A -type bridge-span column and the internal grid-shaped ribs effectively ensure the rigidity and precision during powerful cutting of the Z axis. The basic parts are made by resin sand molding and have undergone aging treatment, which provides a guarantee for the long-term stability of the machine tool's performance.
2. The three-direction guide rails of X , Y , and Z are all plastic-coated rectangular guide rails, which have the characteristics of high speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, and low temperature rise change. Combined with automatic forced lubrication, the precision and service life of the machine tool are improved.
3. Z direction is balanced by adding counterweights to ensure smooth and stable movement of the spindle box; The drive motor in the Z direction is equipped with a power-off braking device;
4、 The feeds in the three directions of X , Y , and Z use high-precision and high-strength internal circulation double-nut preloaded large-lead ball screws, with high feed speed; The drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling. The feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw without backlash, ensuring the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;
5、 A high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit is adopted, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, and the rotation speed can reach 8000rpm ;
6、 The spindle adopts a central air blowing structure. When the spindle releases the tool, the inner cone of the spindle is quickly cleaned with high-pressure central gas, ensuring the accuracy and service life of tool clamping;
7、 The guide rails and screws in the three directions of X , Y , and Z are all equipped with protective devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails, and to ensure the transmission, movement accuracy and service life of the machine tool;
8、 The external protection of the machine tool adopts a full-protection structure design, which is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and beautiful;
9、 A reliable centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted, which automatically lubricates each lubrication point of the machine tool intermittently at regular intervals and in fixed quantities. The lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions;
10、 It is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan 24-piece disc-type tool magazine ( Optional ) or BT40-20 piece hat-type tool magazine ( Optional ) . It has accurate tool changing, short time, and high efficiency. After millions of operation tests, it meets the reliability requirements. It is equipped with a damping structure, which can reduce the impact during movement and ensure the service life of the tool magazine. It is pneumatically driven, easy to use, and can change tools through the shortest path.
11、 It uses an oil-water separation device, which can separate most of the collected lubricating oil from the coolant, prevent the rapid deterioration of the coolant, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
12、 The machine tool operating system adopts the principle of ergonomics. The operation box is independently designed and can rotate itself, which is convenient for operation.
