The GDC900 CNC vertical lathe is an automated CNC machining tool used to process the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, threads, grooves and chamfers of parts. This machine tool is particularly suitable for the processing of parts such as automotive wheel drums and discs.
1. Vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and slide are all made of high-grade gray cast iron. The column and the guide rails of the slide are both induction hardened, and the moving surface of the guide rail is treated with plastic coating to ensure the stability and accuracy retention of the machine tool during long-term use.
2. The spindle of the machine tool is equipped with a spindle servo motor, suitable for heavy-duty cutting; at the same time, it is also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of parts.
3. The X/Z axis feed is automatically controlled by a servo motor. The Z axis uses a balance weight, with a reliable structure and low failure rate.
4. The X/Z axes of the machine tool use domestic precision ball screws and special bearings for screws to meet the requirements of high-precision and high-rigidity cutting.
5. The machine tool is lubricated by an electric lubricating oil pump.
6. The tool post of the machine tool adopts a row tool form, with accurate precision, high efficiency, low price and no maintenance cost.
7. Special tooling or electric tool post, hydraulic chuck, cooling pump, chip conveyor and chip flushing device can be configured according to user requirements.
