Introduction to GDC-1200 CNC Vertical Lathe
I. Machine Tool Usage and Features
The GDC series machine tools are automated CNC machining tools used for machining the internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, threads, grooves, and chamfers of parts. This machine tool is especially suitable for machining parts such as automotive wheel drums and discs.
1. Vertical guide rail structure. The column, base, and slide carriage are all made of high-grade gray cast iron. The guide rails of the column and slide carriage are both subjected to high-frequency quenching, and the moving surfaces of the guide rails are treated with plastic coating to ensure the long-term stability and accuracy retention of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool spindle is equipped with a spindle servo motor, suitable for heavy-duty cutting and also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of parts.
3. The feed of the X/Z axes is automatically controlled by servo motors. The Z-axis is equipped with a balance weight, with a reliable structure and low failure rate.
4. The X/Z axes of the machine tool use domestic precision ball screws and special bearings for screws, meeting the requirements of high-precision and high-rigidity cutting.
5. The machine tool is lubricated by an electric lubricating oil pump.
6. The tool rest of the machine tool adopts a row tool form, with accurate accuracy, high efficiency, low price, and no maintenance costs.
7. Special tooling, electric tool rest, hydraulic chuck, cooling pump, chip conveyor, and chip flushing device can be configured according to user requirements.
