I、 Product Introduction and Use
This product is a semi-closed-loop vertical machining center with servo direct-coupled control for the X , Y , and Z three axes. All three axes are equipped with steel ball rolling linear guides, which have large load capacity, wide span, and high precision. The XY direction adopts 35MM heavy load, and the Z direction adopts 45MM heavy load. Only the TOM-L850 of other manufacturers uses linear guides of this specification. The structure and overall dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt. It can realize one-time clamping of various complex parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams, and molds, and can complete multiple processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multi-variety and small-to-medium batch products and can meet the processing requirements of complex and high-precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotating axis to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
II、 Main Structural Features
1、 The main basic components such as the base, slide, worktable, column, and spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron. The base has a box-type structure, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure ensures the high rigidity and anti-bending and shock-absorbing performance of the basic components. The A -type bridge-span column and the internal grid-shaped ribs effectively guarantee the rigidity and accuracy during heavy cutting of the Z axis. The basic components are made by resin sand molding and have undergone aging treatment, which provides a guarantee for the long-term stability of the machine tool's performance.
2、 X , Y 、 Z direction guide rails are all heavy-duty linear ball guide rails from HIWIN Corporation in Taiwan. They have characteristics such as high speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, and low temperature rise change. Combined with automatic forced lubrication, they improve the accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
3、 Z direction is balanced with counterweights to ensure smooth and stable movement of the spindle box. The Z-direction drive motor is equipped with a power-off braking device.
4、 X 、 Y 、 Z directions of feed adopt high-precision, high-strength internal circulation double-nut preloaded large-lead ball screws, with high feed speed. The drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling. The feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw without backlash, ensuring the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool.
5、 A high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity spindle unit is adopted, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, and the rotational speed can reach 8000rpm.
6、 The spindle adopts a central air-blowing structure. When the spindle releases the tool, the inner cone of the spindle is quickly cleaned with high-pressure central gas to ensure the accuracy and service life of tool clamping.
7、 X 、 Y 、 Z directions of guide rails and screws are all equipped with protective devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails, and to ensure the transmission, movement accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
8、 The external protection of the machine tool adopts a full-protection structure design, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and beautiful in appearance. 、 It adopts a reliable centralized automatic lubrication device to automatically lubricate each lubrication point of the machine tool intermittently at regular time and quantity. The lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions;
10、 It adopts a 16-tool turret (standard configuration) or a 16-tool disc-type tool magazine produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan. The tool change is accurate, the time is short, and the efficiency is high. After millions of operation tests, it meets the reliability requirements; It is equipped with a damping structure to reduce the impact during movement and ensure the service life of the tool magazine; Pneumatically driven, easy to use, and it can change tools with the shortest path.
11、 It adopts an oil-water separation device, which can separate most of the collected lubricating oil from the coolant, prevent the rapid deterioration of the coolant, and is environmentally friendly.
12、 The machine tool operating system adopts the principle of ergonomics. The operation box is independently designed, can rotate itself, and is convenient to operate.
