Vertical CNC Lathe VTC1200 The quality of the working environment has a direct impact on ensuring the performance and normal operation of the machine tool. If the temperature is too high, the control mechanism in the CNC system may malfunction or break down; if the temperature is too low, the working conditions of the lubrication system and hydraulic system will deteriorate, causing machine tool failures or damaging machine tool parts. Therefore, we recommend using this machine tool under the following conditions:
Ø The machine tool should be placed in a dry indoor environment. The machine tool foundation should be made according to the requirements of the machine tool foundation.
Ø Power supply voltage: Rated power supply voltage AC380V , voltage fluctuation range - 10 ～ + 10 %, power supply frequency: 50Hz ± 1Hz . If it exceeds this range, users need to purchase a voltage stabilizer by themselves.
Ø Ambient air temperature: within the range of 5 °C to 40 °C; and the average temperature within 24h should not exceed 35 °C.
Ø Humidity: at a temperature of 40 °C, the relative humidity should not exceed 35% , and humidity changes should not cause condensation.
Ø The dust concentration in the air should not be greater than 10mg/m3, , and it should not contain acid, salt, and corrosive gases.
Ø Atmospheric pressure 86 ～ 106kpa
Ø The machine tool should be installed away from vibration sources and heat sources. The power in the workshop where the machine tool is installed should be withinor less (G is the acceleration of gravity ) .
Ø Idling noise level: ≤ 83dB ( A )
2. Inspection requirements for vertical CNC lathe GDC1200
During the machine tool inspection , the inspection instruments , and inspection tools should be placed in the inspection environment for a sufficient time , so that they are in an isothermal state , . During the inspection, the influence of factors such as air flow, sunlight exposure or external heat flow should also be avoided , . The ambient temperature for evaluating the position accuracy of the machine tool is based on 20 °C , , but generally the following conditions should be met.
Ø Ambient temperature: 15 °C to 25 °C.
Ø Before the inspection, the machine tool should be in an isothermal state in the inspection environment for no less than 12h .
Ø The temperature gradient in any part of the space occupied by the machine tool does not exceed 0.5 °C /h .
VIII. Machine tool installation, commissioning, acceptance and training
1. Machine tool installation
Ø After the machine tool arrives at the destination, the user is responsible for unloading and hoisting during the installation and commissioning. After safely moving it to the working position, the manufacturer is responsible for the initial adjustment.
Ø Before the commissioning personnel arrive, the user needs to complete the pre - installation preparation work proposed by the manufacturer.
Ø The user needs to notify the manufacturer two days in advance for debugging. Before installation and debugging, the user and the service personnel shall jointly unpack the goods, count them according to the contract quantity and the packing list. The user shall carry out construction according to the requirements of the foundation drawing, lead the three-phase power cord to the electrical cabinet, provide hoisting equipment and cooperate with the manufacturer's installation and debugging personnel;
Ø After the installation and debugging work is completed, the final acceptance of the machine tool shall be carried out.
2 Vertical CNC Lathe GDC1200 Acceptance
The acceptance work of the machine tool shall be carried out in two times: pre-acceptance and final acceptance.
Ø Pre-acceptance: After the manufacturer has passed the self-inspection, it shall notify the user. The user shall send relevant personnel to the manufacturer's work site for pre-acceptance of the equipment. The acceptance content shall be inspected according to the inspection items prepared by the manufacturer in accordance with relevant national inspection standards. After the inspection is qualified, both parties shall sign and confirm the [Completion Form for Initial Acceptance of CNC Vertical Lathe], and each party shall keep one copy.
Ø Final acceptance: It shall be carried out at the user's factory. The manufacturer shall send personnel for installation and debugging. The acceptance content shall still be inspected according to the pre-acceptance content. After the final acceptance is qualified, both parties shall sign and confirm the [Completion Form for Final Acceptance of CNC Vertical Lathe], and each party shall keep one copy.
Matters related to acceptance:
Ø The acceptance standard shall refer to the technical agreement and the factory certificate of conformity. After the acceptance is qualified, the user shall confirm and fill in the [Completion Form for Final Acceptance of CNC Vertical Lathe].
Warranty period of the machine tool:
Ø After the machine tool passes the acceptance, the warranty period shall start, and the warranty period shall be twelve months. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall provide free repair services (except for the damage to the machine tool caused by the user's human factors). For faults caused by improper use of the user, the cost shall be charged. After the machine tool arrives at the user's factory, if the user fails to carry out the installation and debugging work on time or fails to conduct the final acceptance due to the user's reasons, the machine tool shall be deemed to have passed the final acceptance automatically after 1 month from the date of arrival at the user's factory. After 12 months from the date of arrival at the user's factory, the warranty period shall expire, and no three-guarantee service shall be provided.
Ø All accuracy indicators of the machine tool shall be inspected according to the accuracy inspection table in the technical agreement and the certificate of conformity. If the user has disputes over the test results, a national-certified testing center may be entrusted for re-inspection. If the test results are consistent with the technical contract, the expenses incurred during the testing period shall be borne by the user. Before the testing, the user must seal and store the machine tool. If the user starts the machine and uses it, it shall be deemed that the acceptance is qualified.
3. Training
Party A's personnel will go to Party B's location for training. Party B is responsible for providing technical training to Party A's personnel in aspects such as operation, programming, and maintenance for a period of one week. Party A shall bear the travel expenses of the training personnel on its own. Party B's personnel will conduct targeted training on operation, simple programming, and machine tool maintenance at Party A's site.
