Product Description: Operation Function Introduction:
I. Manual Mode:
1. Shift Count: You can see the number of cuts since the machine was turned on by clicking Shift Count to view the total number of cuts.
2. Time and Date: Can be viewed directly while in operation mode.
3. Fixed Distance Subtraction, Fixed Distance Addition: After entering the size in the input interface, press Fixed Distance Addition or Fixed Distance Subtraction to add or subtract from the machine's original size.
4. Paper Advance: Use Paper Advance when you don't know the cutting size to move the cut paper forward. Pressing it again during movement will start or stop the action.
5. Paper Retreat: Use Paper Retreat when you don't know the cutting size to move the cut paper forward. Pressing it again during movement will start or stop the action.
6. Stop Button: Pressing the Stop Button once during the movement of the paper pusher will stop it midway.
7. Half Cut Function: When entering a size (before pressing confirm), pressing Half Cut Function will display half of the entered size. Pressing OK will confirm this value, and the machine will automatically move to this number.
II. Automatic Mode
1. Programming: The machine can internally program data for a total of 14 cuts within a range of maximum 520m and minimum 30mm.
2. Grouping: After programming data, you can store data progress into 0-99 groups.
3. Top Size: Directly return to the top set size.
4. Bottom Size: During cutting, you can directly move to the next size.
5. Segment Mode: 1. Section One: Set total length size; 2. Section Two: Set size subtracted by first cut; 3. Section Three: Set size subtracted by second cut.
Function/Parameter;
1. Book Pushing Function: Automatically pushes finished books 10cm towards the blade when selected and opened;
2. Blade Change Switch: Select this switch when needing to change blades;
3. Size Fine Tuning: Modify this data when there is a deviation in size to correct;
4. Paper Cut Depth: Increase this data when paper cannot be cut continuously;
5. Paper Pressure Time: Over 55 seconds, increase this time when cutting special papers.
Machine Features
1. Paper Feed Table: Made of hard anodized aluminum profile with a thickness of 10mm and hardness of 420, surface smooth and rust-proof, not easy to deform or scratch, good toughness, higher wear resistance, high-end atmosphere. Thickened side aluminum alloy stops (8mm) and thickened aluminum alloy backrests (8mm) are not easy to deform and more stable.
2. Paper Pusher Design: Using dual ball screws and dual linear guides, less wear, higher precision, balls and linear guides located on both sides of the paper pusher platform, synchronous movement of both sides screws when the paper pusher moves forward and backward, simultaneous transmission on both sides of the paper pusher ensures no skew occurs regardless of which side you place the material to be cut on. Ball screw: Precise positioning under high-speed operation, low running resistance, less wear, high positioning accuracy.
3. Dual Mode Paper Pressing Method: Mechanical foot pedal + electronic paper pressing switch, mechanical foot pedal convenient for cutting uneven paper, saddle stitching booklets, print slanting, and high-precision products. Electronic paper pressing switch: Can maintain continuous pressure without constantly stepping down, especially when cutting saddle stitching booklets, can first use mechanical foot pedal to position the text then use electronic paper pressing switch for continuous pressure application.
4. This machine adopts a 10-inch intelligent color touch screen with key operation: You can choose according to your habits, 10-inch touch screen for viewing and operating conveniently, and has shortcut keys; You can store up to 5 sets of data according to your needs, one-key push paper moving size positioning when needed; The paper pusher can perform: fast, slow speed micro-adjustment to complete paper pusher movement, easy operation; Adopted 15-channel grating protection, absolute safety unique in China; Mainboard chip uses Microchip Company's (Microchip Company) program stability; And cutter depth one-key adjustment.
5. Dual Hydraulic Power System (Oil Cylinder Multi-Channel Seal Oil): Paper pressing method from top to bottom guarantees paper pressure without deviation; Paper cutting uses oil cylinder direct linkage knife frame reducing pressure waste, powerful power; Multi-channel oil seal does not pollute office premises due to leakage oil.
6. Ultra-Quiet Design: Small sound during cutting avoids disturbing neighbors; Serpentine blade bar: Designed according to heavy-duty machines with high precision when cutting down, blade bar not easy to run off course. Blade Bar Replacement Device: No tools required when replacing blade bars.
7. Reminder Blade Replacement Maintenance Function: To extend machine life span, when reaching 3001 cuts, the display screen automatically reminds users to replace blades for maintenance purposes.
