Working PrincipleTouch Input Processing
The touchscreen adopts infrared touch technology. When the user touches the screen, the touch sensor detects the touch position and converts it into electrical signals. These signals are transmitted to the processor through the internal circuit of the controller, which parses the signals to identify user operation commands such as button clicks and swipes.
Data Processing and Logic Execution
The touchscreen integrates a microprocessor running an embedded operating system (e.g., Windows CE). The microprocessor logically processes touch commands according to preset application programs. Common Faults and Solutions
  • No Touch Response: May be caused by faulty infrared emitting/receiving tubes or foreign objects blocking infrared rays on the screen surface. Check and clean the screen surface; if ineffective, inspect the infrared touch components and replace damaged parts.

  • Abnormal Screen Display (e.g., black screen, screen flickering): May result from power failure, display driver circuit issues, or screen damage. First, check the 24V power input; then inspect the display driver circuit connections for looseness. Replace the driver circuit or screen if damaged.
