Working Principle
It connects to a computer or other display devices via a VGA interface. When the user touches the screen, the touch sensor converts the touch signal into an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the processor through internal circuits. After the processor parses the signal, it executes corresponding operations according to preset programs, such as controlling device operation and retrieving data for display. Meanwhile, it can communicate with external devices through multiple communication interfaces, receiving and displaying device operation data, and sending user commands to external devices to achieve human-machine interaction functions.
Common Faults and Solutions
  • No Touch Response: May be caused by a damaged touchscreen, faulty touch sensor, or driver issues. First, check if the driver is correctly installed. If the driver is normal, it may be a hardware failure, requiring professional inspection, maintenance, or touchscreen replacement.

  • Abnormal Display (e.g., black screen, screen flickering): May result from power failure, VGA cable problems, damaged display, or faulty display driver circuit. First, check if the power input is normal, then verify that the VGA cable is securely connected. If both are normal, the display or driver circuit may be faulty, requiring professional repair.

  • Communication Failure: Inability to communicate normally with external devices may be due to incorrect communication protocol settings, damaged communication interface, or faulty communication cable. Check the communication protocol settings and verify the normality of the interface and cable.

  • System Freezing: May be caused by insufficient memory due to excessive running programs or program errors. Try restarting the device. If freezing occurs frequently, check running programs, close unnecessary tasks, and reinstall the system or update programs if necessary.
