Micro GF0-57CQD-002

Overview

The Micro GF0-57CQD-002 is designed for precise vibration measurement, capable of exciting and reading signals from accelerometers, and transmitting overall vibration values as current/voltage signals. As a low-cost, high-performance modular vibration monitor, it is suitable for protecting rotating machines such as motors, fans, and pumps, effectively preventing expensive failures.

Functional Features

Measures vibration parameters including acceleration, velocity, and displacement, with field-configurable measurement settings.
Adopts True RMS and RMS peak measurement technologies to facilitate overall machine health monitoring.
Features dual 4-20mA retransmitter outputs for machine protection via alarm/trip facilities, and connects analog outputs to remote systems like SCADA/DCS for monitoring.

Working Principle

The accelerometer senses vibration from rotating machines and generates corresponding electrical signals.
The GF0-57CQD-002 transmitter excites the accelerometer, reads its output signals, and processes them.
Using True RMS or RMS peak measurement technology, it calculates vibration values (acceleration, velocity, or displacement).
The processed results are output as current/voltage signals, connecting to control systems (RTU/PLC/DCS) for display, analysis, or control.

Common Faults and SolutionsNo Signal Output

Possible Causes: Accelerometer failure or open circuit in connection wires.
Solutions: Check accelerometer functionality by replacing it; inspect wires for damage or loose connections and ensure secure wiring.

Unstable Output Signal
