Working Principle1. Input Power Processing Stage
  • AC Input Adaptation: Receives a wide range of 90-264VAC alternating current, and suppresses high-frequency interference in the power grid through a filter circuit (such as an EMI filter) to ensure pure input power.

  • Rectification and Preliminary Filtering: Converts alternating current into pulsating direct current using a bridge rectifier, and then performs preliminary filtering through electrolytic capacitors to smooth the voltage waveform.

2. Power Conversion and Magnetic Energy Regulation
  • High-Frequency Switching Conversion: Drives power switching tubes (such as MOSFET or IGBT) through a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller to convert direct current into high-frequency pulse signals (usually with a frequency of tens to hundreds of kHz).

  • Energy Transfer of Magnetic Components: High-frequency pulse signals undergo energy transfer and voltage transformation through transformers or inductor components (core magnetic components) inside the module. Take the transformer as an example:

    • The primary coil receives high-frequency pulses, generating an alternating magnetic field in the iron core;

    • The secondary coil outputs the target voltage (such as the rated DC voltage in technical parameters) through electromagnetic induction, achieving electrical isolation between input and output (isolation voltage is usually 2kVrms and above).

  • Magnetic Flux Stability Control: Real-time monitoring of output voltage/current through a feedback circuit, adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal to control the magnetic flux change of the magnetic components, ensuring stable output voltage (such as ripple and noise <50mVp-p).

3. Output Voltage Stabilization and Protection Mechanisms
  • Secondary Filtering and Voltage Stabilization: The pulse direct current output from the secondary side is further smoothed by a Schottky diode rectification and an LC filter circuit (inductor + capacitor) to form a stable DC voltage (such as 56VDC).

  • Closed-Loop Feedback Control: The sampling resistor at the output end feeds back the voltage/current signal to the control chip, which adjusts the PWM signal after comparing it with the reference voltage to achieve dynamic voltage stabilization (efficiency can reach 90%).

  • Implementation of Protection Functions:

    • Overvoltage Protection (OVP): When the output voltage exceeds the threshold, the control circuit cuts off the drive signal of the switching tube to prevent load damage;

    • Short-Circuit Protection (SCP): When an output short circuit is detected, the power output is immediately turned off to avoid component overheating;

    • Overcurrent/Overload Protection (OCP/OLP): Monitors the load current through a current detection resistor and triggers protection when it exceeds the rated value (such as 17.9A).

4. Heat Dissipation and Environmental Adaptation Design
  • Thermal Management Logic: The module adopts a natural convection cooling method, derives the heat of internal components (such as power tubes and transformers) through a metal shell and heat sink. When the temperature exceeds the set threshold (such as the 70°C operating upper limit), if heat dissipation is not timely, over-temperature protection (OTP) may be triggered.

  • Environmental Compatibility Design: Through moisture-proof and seismic materials (such as potting adhesive for fixing components) and wide-temperature design (-20~70°C operating temperature), it ensures the stability of magnetic components and circuits in harsh environments.
