TRICONEX 8312 execution control module


Basic features: TRICONEX 8312 is an intelligent executive control module. It usually adopts a compact design and can be conveniently installed in a standard industrial control cabinet. It supports multiple installation methods, such as DIN rail installation, etc., and can adapt to different industrial environments.

Redundant design: Inherits the typical three-mode redundancy (TMR) technology of TRICONEX products. There are three independent processors and related circuits inside the module, which process the input signals simultaneously and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the output results through a voting mechanism. Even if one of the processors or related circuits malfunctions, it will not affect the normal operation of the module, greatly enhancing the fault tolerance and stability of the system. It is suitable for industrial applications with extremely high reliability requirements, such as the petrochemical and power industries.

Signal processing capability: Equipped with a rich array of input and output interfaces, it can handle various types of signals. It can receive analog input signals, such as 4-20mA or 0-10V signals from temperature, pressure, flow sensors, etc., and can also process digital input signals, such as switch status signals. Meanwhile, analog signals can be output according to the control logic to control actuators such as control valves, or digital signals can be output to control devices such as relays and solenoid valves, achieving precise control of industrial processes.
