Functional features:

Three Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture: It adopts three modular redundancy technology. There are three independent channels inside the module to process and vote on the input signal in parallel. This design can significantly reduce the risk of system failure caused by a single point of failure, enhance the reliability and safety of the system, meet the SIL3 safety level requirements, and is suitable for industrial scenarios where safety is of critical importance.

High-precision measurement: With a 12-bit resolution, within the range of 0°C to 60°C, the measurement accuracy is less than 0.15% of the full scale (FSR). It can precisely convert analog signals into digital signals, providing accurate data for the control system and meeting the requirements of most industrial processes for analog measurement accuracy.

Multi-channel input: Equipped with 32 differential input channels, it can simultaneously collect multiple analog signals, meeting the measurement requirements of multiple parameters in complex industrial systems. This reduces the number of modules used, lowers system costs and wiring complexity.

Wide-range analog input: It can accept various types of analog input signals, such as 4-20mA current signals, 0-10V voltage signals, etc. It can adapt to the output signals of different types of sensors, has high flexibility, and is convenient to connect with various field instruments.

High anti-interference capability: The typical value of the common-mode rejection ratio is -80dB (DC - 100Hz), the common-mode range has a peak of -12V to + 12V, and the typical value of the inter-channel isolation resistance is 200kΩ. It can effectively suppress common-mode interference and inter-channel interference, and can work stably and reliably in industrial sites with complex electromagnetic environments.

Fault diagnosis function: The module is equipped with a powerful self-diagnosis function, with a diagnosis coverage rate as high as 99%. It can monitor its own working status in real time. When a fault is detected, it can promptly issue an alarm signal, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate the fault, and reducing system downtime.

Application scenarios:

Condition monitoring of power generation equipment

In thermal power plants, the vibration signals of steam turbines (output voltage signals from acceleration sensors) and the stator temperature of generators (signals from PT100 thermal resistors) are collected to monitor the operating status of equipment in real time and prevent equipment failures.

The high-voltage busbar voltage and transformer winding current of the substation are measured to provide data for the relay protection system and ensure the stable operation of the power system.

New energy control scenarios

In photovoltaic power stations, the output voltage, current and temperature of solar panels are monitored to optimize the working efficiency of inverters. In the wind farm, parameters such as wind speed (4-20mA signal from the anemometer) and the torque of the main shaft of the wind turbine are collected to achieve variable pitch control and power regulation of the wind turbine.
