Functional features:
High-precision analog signal acquisition: It can accurately collect various types of analog signals, such as 4-20mA current signals, 0-10V voltage signals, etc., providing accurate process variable data for control systems. Three-mode Redundancy (TMR) design: By adopting a three-mode redundancy architecture, three independent circuit channels are integrated into a single module to perform parallel processing and voting on input signals. This design can effectively enhance the reliability and fault tolerance of the module. Even if one of the channels fails, the module can still operate normally, output the correct signal, and reduce the risk of system downtime caused by module failure. It is suitable for industries with extremely high safety requirements such as petrochemicals and natural gas.
Self-diagnosis function for faults: It has a powerful self-diagnosis capability and can monitor the working status of the module itself in real time, including power faults, channel faults, communication faults, etc. Once a fault is detected, an alarm signal will be sent out promptly, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate the fault and reducing system maintenance costs.
