Functional characteristics
Multi-channel high-speed acquisition: Generally equipped with multiple independent input channels (commonly 8 channels), it can simultaneously perform high-speed acquisition of multiple frequency or pulse signals, quickly and accurately obtaining key information such as frequency, rotational speed, and count of on-site equipment, meeting the multi-parameter monitoring requirements in complex industrial scenarios.
Wide-range signal compatibility: It can be compatible with various types of frequency and pulse signals, covering signals of different amplitudes and frequency ranges. For instance, it can handle signals ranging from low-frequency equipment status monitoring to high-frequency motor speed feedback, and is applicable to different types of sensors and field devices.
High-precision measurement: It features high measurement accuracy and resolution, capable of accurately capturing the quantity and frequency changes of pulses, providing precise data support for the control system and ensuring the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.
Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) design: It adopts a triple modular redundancy architecture, with the module internally divided into three independent channels to process input signals in parallel and output results through a specific voting mechanism. This enables the module to operate normally and reliably even when one of the channels fails, significantly enhancing the module's reliability and fault tolerance. It meets high-level safety integrity requirements such as SIL3 and is suitable for safety-critical systems.
Real-time fault diagnosis: Equipped with a powerful self-diagnosis function, it can monitor the module's own working status in real time, including power anomalies, channel faults, communication faults, etc. Once a fault is detected, an alarm signal will be promptly issued, and the fault information will be visually presented through indicator lights and other means, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate the fault, reducing system maintenance costs and downtime risks.

Application scenarios
Petrochemical industry: It is used to monitor the rotational speed, vibration frequency, etc. of equipment such as compressors and pumps, ensuring the good operating condition of the equipment, promptly detecting abnormalities and taking measures to avoid production accidents or economic losses caused by equipment failures.
