High security: Based on TMR technology, it features SIL3 safety integrity level, has no single point of failure, and can provide lifetime security, making it highly suitable for critical tasks that require SIL1, 2 or 3.
Diagnostic function: It is equipped with a rich set of diagnostic functions. The module is fitted with diagnostic indicator lights that can display the on or off status (1 point), module status (through, fault, load, activated), and also provide on-site alarm load (1 for each point), facilitating the timely discovery and location of faults.
Strong compatibility: Compatible with the Triconex control system, it can be well integrated into the overall Triconex control architecture, providing accurate and reliable digital output signals for industrial control applications.

Application scenarios:
Emergency Shutdown System (ESD
It is used in high-risk scenarios such as petrochemicals and natural gas processing plants. When dangerous signals such as fire, leakage or overpressure are detected, the module quickly cuts off valves and shuts down key equipment such as compressors through 32 output channels to prevent the accident from escalating.
Fire Protection and Gas Protection System (F&G)
Control the fire sprinkler valves, gas fire extinguisher release devices and sound and light alarm equipment. When the concentration of smoke or flammable gas exceeds the standard, activate the fire-fighting equipment through the module output signal.
Turbine Mechanical Control System (TMC)
It is used for speed regulation and anti-surge control of steam turbines and gas turbines. By output signals, it regulates servo valves, solenoid valves and other actuating mechanisms to maintain stable speed and load. The TMR architecture can resist mechanical vibration and electromagnetic interference, avoiding dangerous working conditions such as turbine overspeed caused by module failure.
Large-scale automated production line
In production lines such as automotive manufacturing and metallurgical rolling, control the start and stop of mechanical arms, conveyor belt motors, material sorting valves and other equipment to achieve automated process control of the production line.
Pipeline transportation of oil and gas
Control the shut-off valves, pigging transceiver devices and pressure regulating equipment along the pipeline to ensure the safe operation of long-distance pipelines. In the distribution station of natural gas pipelines, 3625C1 can drive ESD valves and vent valves to quickly isolate the faulty section in case of pipeline leakage.
