Bentley Nevada 3500/22M Transient data interface module
Functional features:
Data acquisition: It can be used in conjunction with the M series monitors in the 3500 system (such as 3500/40M,
3500/42M, etc.) to continuously collect steady-state and transient waveform data. It can also enable the disk to record
dynamic high-resolution transient data through an optional channel.
Data transmission: Through the 100Base-FX optical fiber Ethernet link, the collected data is transmitted to the host
software, such as System 1 status monitoring and diagnosis software, for analysis and processing.
Communication function: Supports data exchange with the factory automation system. Monitoring data can be sent to the central control system through digital communication protocols such as DeviceNet and Profibus DP to
achieve remote monitoring.
Safety isolation: It is equipped with a safety isolation function to ensure the isolation between the input signal and the output signal, preventing power interference from affecting the accuracy of the measurement and control signals.
Mode Settings: 3500 racks can be set to run or program mode. The operation mode allows for normal rack operation
but prevents configuration changes. The PROGAM mode allows for normal rack operation as well as local or remote
rack configuration.

Panel indicator light:
Normal indicator light: Indicates when 3500/22M is operating normally.
Transmit/Receive LED: Indicates when 3500/22M communicates with other modules in the rack.
TM LED: Indicates when the 3500 rack is in trip doubling mode.
Configuration of normal LED: Indicates that the 3500 rack has an effective configuration.
Application fields: It is commonly used in industries such as energy, oil and gas, and manufacturing. It can monitor
the vibration state of large rotating machinery, such as steam turbines and compressors, providing data support for
equipment fault diagnosis, condition monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
