Drive Motor Stator Production Line
The main processes of the new energy drive motor stator assembly production line are: insulation paper inserting, loading, laser marking, wire making machine: straightening, insulation removal, 2D/3D forming, coils inserting and wire cup molding assembly: wire cup inserting, wire expanding, stator wire twisting, end cutting, stator welding, BUSBAR inserting, welding, performance testing, wire cup insertion mechanism and ground rail, etc.
