Suitable for winding unfolded straight-row stators. Capable of winding 8 or 12 products simultaneously, using a flying-fork winding method. It features a material waiting function and employs an independent axis for wire arrangement to ensure evenness. Controlled by Panasonic PLC and powered by Panasonic servo motors, the X, Y, Z axes are coordinated for terminal winding, the X, Y, Z, S axes are coordinated for wire crossing, and the U axis is independently responsible for wire arrangement.
