German technical background VOK ®- Disper P105 Wetting Dispersant

VOK ®- Disper P105 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing agent used for solvent based and solvent-free adhesives and room temperature curing resin systems to stabilize fillers. VOK ®- Solventless varieties of Disper P104.

Special precautions

The compatibility is limited in the paint system with gasoline solvent as solvent or diluted with gasoline solvent. VOK due to high viscosity ®- The Disper P105 should be heated before use to make it easier to flow. Another supply form of this auxiliary is 50% solution in xylene/diisobutyl ketone, namely VOK ®- Disper P104。

0.5-1.5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on filler.

In order to obtain good performance, the additive must be added to the abrasive before the pigment is added.
