40CH AAWG DWDM Modules

DWDM 40-channels Mux or Demux module with dual test ports, 

Dense Wavelength Division Mux/Demultiplexer A thermal Arrayed Waveguide Grating(AAWG) Modules are part of a series of high performance products based on silica-on-silicon planar technology and a unique a thermal packaging design requiring no electrical power, software or temperature control for a completely passive DWDM solution. This product range offers a combination of very low loss and high channel isolation along with long term reliability. Each module can perform Mux and Demux functions. Both C- and L-band devices are available with flat top spectral response. Custom frequency grids, fiber types and connector options are also available 

Optical Specifications 

Note 1:  Channel passband is subject to both insertion loss and passband ripple specifications. 

Note 2:  Channel passband is defined as λ_ITU ±0.11nm and subject to all the ITU passband related spec., such as insertion loss, passband ripple and isolation, etc. 

Note 3:  All insertion losses (or IL Uniformity) are specified no-connectors unless stated otherwise.

 Monitor Port

It issued to monitor or test the power signal, usually at a 1% ratio, 2%, 3%, 5%, etc.; By connecting with measurement or monitoring equipment, such as power meters, spectrum analyzer, or FMTAIU/OPD card, the signal can be inspected without interrupting the existing network.
