KRD42 Double Lift Zero-distance Drop Test System
The KRD42 Series Double-Lift Zero Drop Tester is primarily suitable for large packaging goods that may be subjected to vertical drops during transportation and handling. Through standardized tests (face drop, corner drop, edge drop, etc.), data is collected to provide a design basis for cushioning and vibration reduction design, as well as for packaging material selection. With the rapid growth of global logistics and supply chains, large home appliances, electromechanical equipment, automotive components, and heavy industrial products are increasingly exposed to drop risks during transit. This tester accurately simulates accidental drops during handling and loading/unloading, helping manufacturers evaluate structural integrity and packaging protection under extreme conditions, ultimately reducing transportation damage rates. The system complies with ISO2248-1985, IEC68-2-32, ISTA Test Procedures 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1G, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, 3E, 3F, 3H, 3K, 6-AMAZON.
l Driven by pneumatic and servo motors, stable lifting process with upper and lower displacement restrictions, safe and reliable;
