The working principle of
The sludge and the flocculant are fully mixed into the gravity dehydration zone of the belt filter press.Relying on the gravity of the sludge itself to remove a large amount of water, the gravity zone is equipped with a mud distribution device, sludge can be distributed on the filter belt, then into the upper and lower mesh belt wedge-shaped press section for pre-compression dehydration, free water finally into the press zone, the formation of mud cake.
